Our friends over at The Suitcase Club have whipped up a delicious take on a Pineapple and Black Pepper Spritz using our very own Strangford Zero Gin. A tropical adventure in a glass, fresh pineapple juice, a hint of zesty lime, and just the right crack of black pepper.
SUNSET CRUSH
- 50ml Strangford 0% Gin
- 60ml fresh pineapple juice
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- 2-3 cracks of fresh black pepper
- 80-100ml chilled Clearer Twist tonic water
- Garnish: Pineapple leaf & lime wheel
