Our friends over at The Suitcase Club have whipped up a delicious take on a Ramos Gin Fizz using our very own Strangford Zero Gin. It's light, creamy, citrusy and seriously refreshing. A firm favourite.
TWISTED FIZZ
- 50ml Strangford 0% Gin
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- 1 egg white (or 20ml aquafaba)
- 2-3 drops orange blossom water
- 1-2 drops vanilla extract
- 40-60ml Clearer Twist
- Ginger ale (chilled)
